Newark, N.J., jazz station WBGO is launching a new series of live music at New York’s 54 Below nightclub, starting tomorrow night (April 2) with the Peter Bernstein Quintet featuring Jimmy Cobb, Harold Mabern, Frank Wess and John Webber. The shows will take place each Tuesday and are curated by veteran jazz programmer Todd Barkan. The schedule as of now is as follows:
