Pangea Jazz Fest, billed as “New York’s first festival dedicated exclusively to world jazz,” will take place Nov. 15 (2 p.m.-2 a.m.) at DROM in Manhattan’s East Village. Pangea Jazz Fest will gather many of the city’s top world jazz practitioners.
