The 2nd Annual Exit 0 International Jazz Festival, produced by Spy Boy Productions and founded by Michael Kline, will take place from November 8-10, Veterans Day weekend, in Cape May, N.J. The festival will take place at several participating venues, allowing festival-goers to experience a range of music-from soul, reggae and blues to R&B and, of course, jazz. Performance sites include Cape May’s Convention Hall and six additional clubs scattered along the beachfront. More than 100 touring international artists will play at the list of venues-everyone from NEA Jazz Masters to local artists. These performers include Pacific Orchestra of New Jersey, Frederic Yonnet of D.C., Robin McKelle of Boston, Henry Butler of New Orleans, Alidu of Africa, and more.

The headliners, Dianne Reeves and Eddie Palmieri, will perform on the Xerox Stage of Cape May’s Convention Hall. Reeves takes the stage on Nov. 8 and Palmieri performs on Nov. 9. New York saxophonist Kenny Garrett will also perform on Xerox Stage on Nov. 8 at 12:30 p.m. in a free concert arranged by the Cape May Center of Community Arts. In addition, Harlem’s Motéma Music label will celebrate its 10th anniversary by bringing its tour to Exit 0 with such label artists as Jana Herzen, Jameio Brown, Matuto, and Joe Locke.

The festival’s Pop Pass-which enables entry into all clubs on the venue list-will go on sale at the launch party for $38. Attendees can plan their ticket purchases at Exit 0 Jazz Fest.
