On Sunday, Nov. 13, more than 70 musicians, visual artists, dancers, poets, family and friends will gather at the Brooklyn, New York venue Roulette for “Love and Music: Celebrating Connie Crothers,” a free event to honor the pianist, who died this past August at the age of 75.

The free event starts at 4:30 p.m. (doors open at 4 p.m.), and will feature performances by multiple artists who “associated with Crothers throughout her life and career,” including saxophonist Charley Krachy, drummer Lou Grassi, pianist-singer Carol Liebowitz and pianist Bill Payne, among many others, according to the event website.

For the full schedule of appearances, which is subject to change, visit roulette.org.
