The 41st annual Telluride Jazz Festival, scheduled for August 4-6 in Telluride, Colo., has announced its artist lineup, a mix of jazz, funk, soul and gospel acts including headliners Mavis Staples, Macy Gray, and Bootsy Collins & World-Wide Funk Drive. Additional acts include Lee Fields & the Expressions, fatsO, the Suffers, Miles Mosley + The West Coast Get Down and others.
Ticketed events will take place at a new main stage built for the festival this year. Panels, workshops and performances from student bands will be hosted on a secondary stage in Telluride’s town center and are open to the public.
