The TD Toronto Jazz Festival, which runs June 21 through June 30, has announced its lineup.

Headlining the festival is the legendary soul and Motown singer Diana Ross, who will take the stage of the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts on June 24.

Following that, on June 26, Norah Jones, the Grammy-winning vocalist, will perform at the same venue.

The festival will feature a number of young vocalists: Canadian chanteuse Emilie-Claire Barlow; Cuban singer Omara Portuondo; and Cécile McLorin Salvant in a duo with pianist Sullivan Fortner.

Funk outfit Tower of Power will also celebrate its 50th anniversary at the Danforth Music Hall on June 25, and other performances will feature local electric bassist Rich Brown’s Rinsethealgorithm and a new project from Snarky Puppy’s percussion duo Robert “Sput” Searight and Nate Werth.
