Monterey Jazz Festival Tickets Available Now

Headliners include Diana Krall, Chris Botti, Snarky Puppy and more

Diana Krall, Christian McBride, Snarky Puppy and Marcus Miller are among the performers  set to take the stage for the 62nd annual Monterey Jazz Festival.

Tickets to the Monterey Jazz Festival, which runs September 27-29, are on sale now and available atwww.montereyjazzfestival.org. Full weekend arena ticket packages offer a reserved seat to each of the five concerts on the Jimmy Lyons Stage in the arena (renewable annually) plus, access to the seven additional grounds stages, and all festival activities. Single day arena tickets start at $87.

Full weekend grounds packages offer access to seven grounds stages and activities. Single day grounds tickets start at $45. Ticket prices will increase on Monday, September 23.

The festival will feature more than 130 performances. Additional headliners include Chris Botti, Kenny Barron, Dave Holland, Bob James, David Sanborn, and Eliane Elias, among others.

Drummer Allison Miller and bassist Derrick Hodge are the festival’s artists in residence, while Christian McBride is its commission and showcase artist.

“The 62nd Monterey Jazz Festival will be a great addition to the legacy of the world’s longest continuously- running jazz festival,” Tim Jackson, the festival’s artistic director, says in a press release. “You will see a few of your long-time favorites, yet also experience a wide range of what’s new in jazz and beyond.”

The gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday, September 27, earlier than previously announced, offering 30 hours of live music spanning two days and three nights.
