Biamp PDX Jazz Festival Announces 2022 Lineup

Portland-based festival to be held Feb. 17-26 to feature Ron Carter, Diane Schuur, Brad Melhdau, Angel Bat Dawid, the Cookers, and many more

The PDX Jazz organization has just announced the lineup for its festival taking place Feb. 17-26, 2022 at venues all over the city of Portland, Oregon. Although few specific dates, times or venues have been mentioned yet, JazzTimes can confirm that the headliners for the festival’s opening night will be Angel Bat Dawid and—in a solo performance—Brad Mehldau.

In a press release received by JazzTimes, PDX executive director Chris Doss said, “The festival has been crafted to revitalize Portland’s downtown music scene with shows by the most exciting figures in jazz today [and] we can’t wait to welcome ‘live’ audiences back to the 2022 Biamp PDX Jazz Festival. Our team and music venue partners have taken extensive measures to ensure that audiences, artists, and staff have a safe gathering environment to celebrate ‘live’ music.”
