Drummer and composer Jeff “Tain” Watts brought a brilliant group of musicians to New York City’s the Cutting Room on Friday, June 6th, to celebrate the release of his new album, Blue, Volume 1. For two hours, Watts, accompanied by pianist David Budway, saxophonist Troy Roberts, guitarist Paul Bollenback and bassist Chris Smith performed material from the album and a selection of other tunes.
