On Saturday night at the SFJAZZ Center in San Francisco, Jason Moran reinvented the idea of what a jazz performance can be yet again. As his Bandwagon (with guitarist Jeff Parker) played, Bay Area skateboarders rode a mid-sized half-pipe positioned in front of the stage.
