Transparent Water is an exquisitely beautiful new collaboration between 7-time GRAMMY-nominated Cuban pianist, composer and bandleader Omar Sosa, and award-winning Senegalese kora master and singer Seckou Keita, featuring folkloric Venezuelan percussionist Gustavo Ovalles. Sosa and Keita are both musical adventurers with rich global heritages spanning jazz, Latin and African influences. Transparent Water is the latest example of Omar Sosa’s transcendent determination to seek new musical combinations, a manifestation of improvisatory freedom and the joy of shared artistic expression.
