Greenwich Village through the eyes of its two greatest poets, with scholar and writer Lucy McDiarmid and composer and multi-instrumentalist David Amram, who played with Kerouac for New York City’s first-ever jazz/poetry readings. World premiere performance by Kenneth Radnofsky and Yoshiko Kline of a new multi-media version of Amram’s “Greenwich Village Portraits”, composed for saxophone and piano with a video accompanying the piece, created by Conrad Kline.
