Lehman Center for the Performing Arts and Goya Foods present the return of GRUPO NICHE for a dazzling concert on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 8pm. One of the world’s most popular Salsa groups, Grupo Niche is known for both uptempo and vigorous dance music as well as slower-paced salsa romántica numbers. Grupo Niche is currently recording their latest album at the “Rolo’s Studio” in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, in the analog format for an authentic salsa sound experience. This new work is under the musical direction of Maestro José Aguirre, who is overseeing every smallest detail in keeping with the style created by the late Maestro Jairo Varela.
