  GarThe 12th annual Ocean City Jazz Festival, which was created to commemorate the anniversary of the founding of the Ocean City Beach Community in 1949. The Ocean City Beach Community was the first beach developed for African-Americans to purchase and own coastal property in North Carolina. The ticketed-event- will host 3 performers per night and will present a variety of jazz subgenres under a pavilion tent. Concerts begin at 5 PM both nights. Meet new and old friends, eat delicious cuisine from our food trucks, savor cold beverages, visit a variety of vendors and be enthralled by our plein air paint out. The Ocean City Jazz Festival is jazz with a higher purpose!
