Jazzebre Festival – 32nd Edition

The 32nd edition of the festival will occur between September 25th and October 18th. One will be able to explore the diverse Roussillonese heritage through picnics on Sundays and distanced concerts. Then, we will meet for a very dense week in Perpignan.
Of course, we have adapted the festival to the restrictions necessitated by the pandemic crisis, but we do hope to be able to put on all the concerts as planned.
The Festival starts in Eus, a tiny gorgeous village near Prades, with the French/Danish/German trio Das Kapital. Then it will move on to Laroque des Albères, Alenya, Port-Vendres, and Planèzes for a musical world trip typical of the festival. Guests include American saxophone player James Carter, the duo of Ballaké Sissoko and Vincent Segal, double bass players Renaud Garcia Fons and Claude Tchamitchian, flute player Naissam Jalal, and bass player Vincent Courtois.
