This premier summer jazz camp is located in beautiful Hilton Head, South Carolina. Our jazz camp is available to aspiring intermediate and advanced music students ages 14-20 in middle school, high school and college who wish to improve their jazz skills with an immersive study in improvisation, theory, combos, masterclasses, big band and elective courses with our world-class professional faculty. In addition to the main camp running from July 9th through the 14th, we offer a beginner jazz clinic (ages 10-14) and jazz guitar institute (ages 14-18) June 25-29 daily from 1-4pm. Our camp takes place daily from 9am-4pm with additional evening performances and activities. Every year we receive support from the ASCAP and Les Paul Foundations that have both helped in the growth of this fantastic program! Last year, we had 105 students representing many schools across the country attend the Hilton Head Jazz Camp or one of our other summer jazz programs. All of our programs are hosted at Hilton Head Christian Academy, a 13-acre campus, only 3 miles from the Atlantic Ocean with an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate staff that includes some major names in the world of Jazz!
