Craig Harris’ Waiting at the Wall

Craig Harris will share his latest work, Waiting at the Wall, which will sonically explore the impact the prison-industrial complex has on families and their surrounding community. Harris affirms, “Those who wait at the wall—children and families—are in essence, sentenced to jail on a weekly basis by visiting their incarcerated loved ones. This establishes a cycle that decimates communities and dismantles families.”

This benefit concert will take place at the historic Harlem Stage, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Alliance of Families for Justice.
