Toronto’s JAZZ.FM91 Announces Cabaret Series

Ben Sidran, Ian Shaw among scheduled performers

Toronto radio station JAZZ.FM91 has announced a new concert series, the JAZZ.FM91-Kronenbourg 1664 Cabaret Series. This four-part cabaret series will take place at Hugh’s Room in Toronto.

The JAZZ.FM91-Kronenbourg Cabaret Series begins on Tuesday, October 11th with vocalist/songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway. December 7th will feature singer/pianist Daryl Sherman, in a “Tribute to Johnny Mercer.”

On January 11th, pianist Ben Sidran will perform “Jews, Music and the American Dream: A Tribute to American Popular Songs.” Ian Shaw closes the cabaret series on March 15th with “A Broadway Stage Affair…Love Songs from The Great Musicals”..

Tickets are $40 in advance and $45 at the door. Series passes are available for $135 for all four concerts and can be reserved through Hugh’s Room by calling 416-531-6604 or online at Hugh’s Room.
