A discussion about Miles Davis will take place next Tuesday, Sept. 27, 7 p.m., at Apple’s store in SoHo, NYC. Author Ashley Kahn will talk with bassist Ron Carter and saxophonist Gary Bartz about their time with Miles and the tour now officially documented on Live in Europe 1967: The Bootleg Series Vol. 1. Also part of the discussion will be Miles’ son, Erin Davis, and producer/drummer Vince Wilburn Jr., who has toured with Miles. The Apple Store is located at 103 Prince Street, NYC, on the Northeast corner of Prince and Greene Streets.
