Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra will team up with Beninese guitarist Lionel Loueke for a pair of concerts at New York’s Symphony Space Theater. Titled “An Evening With Lionel Loueke,” the shows will take place Jan. 30 and 31.
A pre-performance moderated discussion will take place at Symphony Space on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015. The moderator will be noted composer, musician, producer and musicologist Ned Sublette.
