David Bowie has recorded a new single, called “Sue (or In A Season of Crime),” that is said to be jazz-oriented. The track was recorded this summer in New York with the Maria Schneider Orchestra, with saxophonist Donny McCaslin and trombonist Ryan Keberle soloing. Schneider also arranged the song and co-wrote it with Bowie. The track will also be released as part of a new album, Nothing Has Changed, on Nov. 14. (The album is a collection of tracks dating as far back as 1964; “Sue” is said to be the only new track on the set.)
