From the forthcoming album "Step it Up"
Jeff Lorber Fusion, featuring keyboardist/composer/producer Lorber and bassist/composer/ producer Jimmy Haslip, will release their new album, Step It Up, Sept. 25 on Heads Up. The album, their fourth consecutive collaboration, features 11 new Lorber compositions, several co-written with Haslip. The longtime colleagues also co-produced the recording.
