Dutch national radio presenter Co de Kloet put it this way:
” Finally here’s a band who knows how to pay respect to the legacy of the ’70’s jazzrock bands and has it’s logo on the bassdrum.”
After touring Europe with tonal jazz-compositions by bandleader / fluteplayer Jeroen Pek and playing live-adaptations of their free-improv-jazz album “Four Layers Of Abstraction”, PitchWhiteStorm made an eclectic live album of the 2009 tour combining both worlds.
The project was highlighted in a two hour nationwide radioshow on Radio 6 at January 21st 2010.
