US resident Peter Zimmer has received world-wide acclaim for his work as a jazz drummer, composer, bandleader and producer as well the production of his record label – Tippin’ Records.
After having studied at the Conservatory of Music in Boston, Zimmer made a name for himself on the prestigious New York Jazz scene. He has performed alongside a host of renowned jazz musicians including George Garzone, Jeremy Pelt, Michael Rodriguez, Toru Dodo, Avi Rothbard, David Wong, John Sullivan and Dennis Irwin. He has appeared at a number of world famous jazz clubs in the US – Cornelia Street Café, Fat Cat, Smalls Jazz Club, Blue Note and Iridium to name a few – as well as some of London’s top jazz venues.
