Fernanda Cunha is well established singer on today’s Brazilian jazz scene. She started to sing in 1997 in Rio de janeiro,Brazil. Her debut album “O tempo e o lugar” was recorded in USA in 2002. On her CD “Dois Coracoes “(2004), she’s in distinguished company, performing with esteemed Brazilian composers Johnny Alf and Sueli Costa. On her third Cd “Zingaro “(2007) she performs songs by Tom Jobim & Chico Buarque.
Fernanda has toured in Brazil, Portugal, Spain and at important jazz festivals in Austria(Wien Jazz fest), Denmark (Aarhus jazz festival), France(Jazz a juan), Malaysia(Borneo jazz festival) ,Argentina (Ushuaia and Buenos Aires), and in several festivals in Canada..
