Pianist Jessica Williams (pictured), with Jeff Johnson on bass, is scheduled to perform at the 15th Annual Golden Ear and Seattle Jazz Awards party on Feb. 6. The event takes place at Seattle’s Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley and honors the achievements of Seattle’s jazz community.
Williams has recorded over 30 albums in her 29-year career and has worked with artists such as drummer Philly Joe Jones. Johnson has worked with Williams for over 10 years and has appeared on six of her albums. He has played with the likes of Chet Baker and Eddie Daniels.
