The Ottawa International Jazz Festival presents its 4th annual Swing Into Spring silent auction on April 5 at the National Library of Canada with a special performance by the Valentino Orchestra. Ken Rockburn, host of CBC Radio One’s “All In a Day,” will emcee the event and act as auctioneer, gathering bids on a few rare treasures donated by friends of the festival.
