Santa Fe Jazz and International Music Festival

The Open Arts Foundation of Santa Fe is presenting its second annual Santa Fe

Jazz and International Music Festival, scheduled October 4-21,

2001. The 18-day, 24-concert, 10-workshop event boasts a lineup including Geri Allen (pictured left), Bill Frisell, Dave Douglas, Danilo

Perez and more. Their styles range from American jazz to music from

India, Brazil, Africa, Mexico, Eastern Europe and Israel.

Concert highlights will be broadcasted on National Public Radio’s “JazzSet

with Branford Marsalis.”

Individual tickets are $15 and include an evening of two concerts. Festival

passes allow entry to 24 performances over 12 evenings and are $150 ($6.25

per concert).
