Marsalis Bros. and Bob Dylan to Play JALC Gala

Marsalis brothers Wynton (pictured) and Branford, and Bob Dylan are among the performers scheduled to perform at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s third annual spring gala, “Teach Me Tonight,” to be held June 7 at Harlem’s Apollo Theater. The gala, which will also feature performances by jazz crooner Al Jarreau and folk/pop singer Jewel, will benefit the hundreds of performance and educational programs produced by Jazz at Lincoln Center throughout the year.

The concert starts at 7:30 p.m., with a fancy dinner held in an adjacent tent to follow. Tickets for the event start at $1,000 each.
