Maison de Blues, a subsidiary imprint of the legendary French record label Disques Barclay, is scheduled to re-release a series of digitally remastered albums. The re-releases feature a classic Maison de Blues lineup: Memphis Slim and Buddy Guy’s Southside Reunion, Clifton Chenier’s Frenchin’ the Boogie, T-Bone Walker’s Good Feelin’ and Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown’s Gate’s on the Heat.
The albums, which will be available on Feb. 20th, also feature unreleased and alternate takes of songs, as well as updated session notes from producers Philippe Rault and Sebastian Danchin, along with the artwork of Jean Vern and Alain Frappier.
