[email protected]’s Duets on the Hudson Floats On

While the musicians don’t stand on the Hudson River-only a magician like David Copperfield could do that, or Moses, though he’d probably just split it-they do perform in a building near the river at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “Duets on the Hudson” series.

In this latest edition of the series, held February 7-9 at Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse, Rose Building, 165 West 65th Street, 10th Floor, tenor saxophonist Chris Potter (pictured left) teams with cellist Akua Dixon and alto saxophonist Greg Osby teams with his regular pianist Jason Moran. The Thursday and Friday performances begin at 8 p.m.; Saturday’s show starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are $48 and available at the Alice Tully Hall box office, by calling CenterCharge at 212-721-6500, or via www.jazzatlincolncenter.org.
