While the musicians don’t stand on the Hudson River-only a magician like David Copperfield could do that, or Moses, though he’d probably just split it-they do perform in a building near the river at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “Duets on the Hudson” series.
In this latest edition of the series, held February 7-9 at Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse, Rose Building, 165 West 65th Street, 10th Floor, tenor saxophonist Chris Potter (pictured left) teams with cellist Akua Dixon and alto saxophonist Greg Osby teams with his regular pianist Jason Moran.
