Sirius Satellite Radio will devote three hours of programming today to the recent JazzTimes feature story detailing the FBI’s surveillance of jazz musicians such as Louis Armstrong, Max Roach, Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus and Nat King Cole during the bureau’s J. Edgar Hoover years.
