Hal Leonard Concerts

For over 50 years, Hal Leonard Corporation has been publishing and distributing educational publications and products for nearly every instrument. For the last 10 years Hal Leonard Co. has been giving musicians, most of whom have probably learned something from one of its books, a place to play all the music they’ve learned with the Hal Leonard Jazz Series.

The series takes place in Brewers land at Milwaukee’s Pabst Theater, and it begins on February 16 with the legendary bassist Ray Brown (pictured left) and his Trio. On March 9, vibraphonist Stefon Harris will perform with his quintet. The grandiloquent Billy Taylor, who is recovering from a recent illness, should be ready to take the stage on April 13 with his Trio. Following that, pianist Benny Green and his Trio will close the series on May 18.
