Dionne Warwick, the Grammy Award-winning singer of such hits as “Walk On By” and “Don’t Make Me Over,” is scheduled to perform on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, at the Crown Center Hyatt in Kansas City, Mo. The show, which will also include dinner, will take place in the 800-capacity Hyatt’s Regency Ballroom. Profits from the event will benefit the Buck O’Neil Educational Center. Warwick, whose career has spanned four decades, has received numerous awards for both her music and her humanitarian efforts. In 2002, Warwick was named FAO Ambassador for the United Nations. She was selected as one of the 2003 Top Faces of Black History, and currently divides her time between the United States and Brazil.
