To Enter: Access the sweepstakes entry page by clicking on the Sweepstakes link located on JazzTimes' Web site at www.jazztimes.com and follow the on-line instructions to complete and submit the official entry form. Individuals will need to establish a free JazzTimes.com user account and log into that account to enter online. All other forms of Internet or e-mail entry are void.

Individuals who are not interested in, or are incapable of, signing up for a JazzTimes.com user account may enter by mail. To enter by mail, send a 3"x5" postcard hand-printed with your full name, date of birth, postal address (including street, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code), phone number and e-mail address (if any) to: JazzTimes Magazine, Sound$weeps, 85 Quincy Ave, Suite B, Quincy, MA 02169. Please specify the name of the sweepstakes that you would like to enter. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope and per mailing address. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, late or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.

Sweepstakes begins 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time on 07/01/2010 and all entries, including entries sent by mail, must be received no later than 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time on 08/01/10. Limit one (1) entry per person/household/e-mail address. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility: Employees and directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of JazzTimes and any of their affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Web site providers/Web masters for the sweepstakes Web site and related web pages are not eligible. Previous JazzTimes Sweepstakes winners are also ineligible.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about 08/01/10. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, IRS form 1099, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, within 10 days of the date of the notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if any prize notification or any prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winners must satisfy the conditions of the Official Rules. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will cause the winners to forfeit their prize.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Only the manufacturer's warranties, where applicable, apply to these prizes.
