The Grand Marais Jazz Festival is back.
This year, Cook County Events & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with Cook County Minnesota Tourism Associations and Grand Portage Lodge and Casino, will host a county-wide festival including performances in Hovland, Lutsen-Tofte, and downtown Grand Marias.
