28th Annual Jazz-N-June Festival

The 28th Annual “Jazz-N-June” Festival will present seven days and nights of diverse and innovative jazz related and youth development activities. Jazz-N-June (JNJ28) will offer educational and entertaining activities throughout the Tennessee Valley. Alabama State Council on the Arts funding of JNJ has helped the festival to fulfill its mission. JNJ will benefit all segments of the population including seniors, youth ages k-18, college students and adults. Activities such as music workshops; mini performances in libraries and community centers; Science & Art Symposium; golf and tennis events; music performances at sports bar and restaurants; jazz concert and jazz on the mountain.
JNJ28 will partner with businesses, governmental agencies, youth services organizations and other entities to reach as many individuals possible.
JNJ28 on the mountain will take place on Sunday, June22. On this day the population is encouraged to gather with their family and friends to enjoy free quality jazz entertainment. Other forms of artistic expressions will be available as well.
