Westchester Jazz Orchestra performs West Side Stories

The “Best Band” in Westchester magazine and a runner up for “Best Big Band” in the JazzTimes readers’ poll, the Westchester Jazz Orchestra has made its mark creating and performing their engaging and exquisite repertoire. To kick off their milestone 10th season, the Orchestra turns to Leonard Bernstein’s brilliant musical, West Side Story. WJO will premiere their newly-commissioned “West Side Story Suite” and also perform earlier interpretations written for the Bands of Buddy Rich and Stan Kenton.
