Sacramento Jazz Festival
May 25 - May 28, 2012
In its 39th year, the Sacramento's jazz festival has a new name and new genres of music. This year blues, zydeco, rock, rockabilly, bluegrass, and Latin music will be accompanying the usual showcase of swing and jazz. Dancing will be held in the streets of Old Sac and in surrounding hotel ballrooms. There is a parade on Saturday morning, a Memorial Day Salute to Service and a Johnny Cash Tribute.
Admission is free for kids 12, paid admission required for all others.
