Jazz On The Mountain At Whistler is Canada’s newest jazz festival taking place Labour Day weekend September 2 to 4, 2011 in the lively pedestrian village of Whistler, British Columbia. With free and ticketed concerts throughout Whistler, the Festival will feature jazz greats Kevin Eubanks, Stanley Jordan, Oliver Jones, The New Gary Burton Quartet, Spyro Gyra and The Rippingtons, plus a host of other talented artists. Highlights include daily outdoor concerts, Whistler Olympic Plaza as the main ticketed venue, a Master Class Series offering intimate performances and learning sessions with six renowned guitarists, and an interactive, family-friendly Street Festival.
