The Matthew Shipp Trio

Composer and pianist Matthew Shipp comes to Colorado to lead his own Trio in support of his most recent Thirsty Ear recording "The Art of the Improviser" in this concert presented by Creative Music Works.

Tickets are $20, $16 for Creative Music Works members and students w/ ID. Shows at 7 pm and 9 pm.

Creative Music Works connects artists to audiences, while working to inspire, educate, and challenge listeners and to cultivate the role of jazz, improvisation, and experimental music in today's culture. Creative Music Works is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
