Smalls Jazz Club, the Greenwich Village music spot, has arranged an outstanding line-up of musicians to perform a series of jazz concerts at Brasserie Ruhlmann on Rockefeller Plaza. Each concert features a trio centered around a legendary and well-respected jazz guitarist, including Howard Alden, John Merrill, Chris Flory, Peter Bernstein, John Bunch and Bucky Pizzarelli. Collectively, the artists represent the multi-generational jazz community, the most senior being a very active 84 years old. The uniqueness of the Thursday evening series is underscored by Smalls’ reputation for being raucous and raw and the experience of this spirit in an uptown venue.

Sets are 7 and 9pm and no cover charge or minimum is required.
