Heart 'n Soul of Jazz at Pinehurst

Pinehurst Resort and the Arts Council of Moore County proudly announce that jazz stars Tierney Sutton and Harry Allen will return to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Heart ‘n Soul of Jazz. The two-day Valentine’s weekend event will take place February 12-13, 2010 on Pinehurst‘s Cardinal Ballroom stage, a longstanding benefit of the Arts Council and its year-round programs.

Lovers of great jazz will enjoy Harry Allen, Joe Locke and Brazilian Experience featuring Helio Alves, Maucha Adnet, Duduka da Fonseca and Nilson Matta on Friday evening, followed by Tierney Sutton Band on Saturday evening.

Overnight packages for the Valentine’s weekend start at $195 per person, per night (double occupancy) and include tickets to 8 pm evening concert, dinner, post-concert dessert reception featuring Irish coffees, overnight accommodations with champagne delivered to your room and breakfast. Individual concert tickets are also now on sale at $65 per person or $110 for both nights, including entrance to the post-concert dessert reception.
