Nomy Rosenberg is an offspring from a very musically family; his grandfather is a direct descendant from the world famous Gypsy Jazz guitar player Django Reinhardt.
As a 6 year old boy, Nomy already enthusiastic played together with his older brother Jimmy, inspired by their father Mekkie Rosenberg and of course Django Reinhardt's music!
On a worldwide scale Nomy already played all leading stages and festivals with musical giants like; Stevie Wonder, George Benson, Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Les Paul and many more…
These big names in the music industry, who themselves are able to visit any concert for free, were so impressed by them that they even bought tickets to the world renowned Carnegie Hall in New York…even though the concert was sold out!!
Nomy has developed himself to one of the best rhythm guitarist of the world during the time he played with Jimmy. Due to these experiences and his personal ambitions, he disclosed in the meantime to a unprecedented solo guitarist…

The next logical step on his ambitious road lay ahead; he formed his own trio…The Nomy Rosenberg Trio. Besides Nomy the trio consists of : Arnoud van de Berg on bass and Ringo Steinbach on rhythm guitar.
