About Cornelius Myers

From radio to print, in Europe and America, Cornelius Myers, literally and figuratively, covers a lot of ground. He is an award winning member of the North American Travel Journalists Association, on assignment around the world to report from exotic destinations; most recently Guatemala, Ecuador and the Galapagos.

The list of his celebrity radio interviews ranges from Richard Nixon to Stevie Wonder. With more than 45 years in broadcasting, from DJ to National Network Talkshow Host, Myers continues to broadcast his conversations; now focused on television stars at the Monte Carlo Television Festival and the great musicians performing at the Umbria Jazz Festival in the 13th century Italian city of Perugia.

Born in New York City - two blocks from Radio City Music Hall - Myers, as a child, would toddle down to 1678 Broadway to the original Birdland to sit in the Peanut Gallery - hosted by Pee Wee Marquette - and listen to the great names of jazz play in the Saturday morning concerts for kids. He has been listening ever since. He resides in the Principality of Monaco and Miami.
