About Aubrey Everett
Aubrey Everett was hired by JazzTimes’ parent company Madavor Media in November, 2009 as an editorial assistant. In addition to contributing to JazzTimes, she writes and edits for other Madavor publications including Volleyball, Foam and Doll Reader. Everett graduated from Emerson College in Boston in 2006 with a degree in Print and Multimedia Journalism. While at Emerson she completed an internship on the city desk at the Boston Globe, and served as managing editor of the school’s newspaper, the Berkeley Beacon. After graduation, Everett worked as a staff reporter at the Martha’s Vineyard Times covering the town of Oak Bluffs and the island court system. Everett currently lives in Quincy, MA with her husband. She volunteers weekly at the local animal shelter, enjoys food and cooking, and ran the Cape Cod Marathon in 2009.
