Andrea Canter lives in Minneapolis where she is the Contributing Editor/Photographer for the Jazz Police website and administrator of JazzINK.com. After thirty years as an urban school district psychologist, she “retired” from normal life and began a second career as a writer, reviewer, photographer and jazz advocate. In addition to serving as photographer for the Twin Cities Jazz Festival, she contributed photos to Joined at the Hip: A History of Jazz in the Twin Cities by Jay Goetting and blogs on jazz and related topics..
