About Bobby Sanabria
Born and raised in the Ft. Apache section of South Bronx, the drummer, percussionist, composer, arranger, educator and bandleader has been described as a mix of Billy Cobham, Buddy Rich and Tito Puente, but he’s quick to point out there’s a lot of Art Blakey, Barretto, Mongo Santamaria, Don Ellis and even some Frank Zappa in there too.
