The radio experince of Kevin Amos has spaned the past 31 years in the Pittsburgh area.He has been on the airstaffs of WYEP,WDUQ,WCXJ-AM, WJJJ and WPPJ-AM.Some of his background includes : Host and producer of two current weekly radio programs on WRCT-FM (www.wrct.org) "Ebony Spectrum" and "One To One with Kevin Amos",Producer of Digital Television Report and Communications in the Arts Seminar, Creator of Pittsburgh Jazz Fan Appreciation Events and Pittsburgh Jazz Meetup group on Meetup.com and Producer and creator of "Each One, Teach One" Music and Radio Seminars.Kevin was also the former coordinator of the Reservoir of Jazz and Stars of Riverview concerts series while exployed for CITIPARKS.Amos has interviewed and wrote about many Jazz, and Blues artiss over the years.Kevin also contributed to the Internet as a cyberjournalist for the Music Bulletin Board on Prodigy Internet Services and Soul-Patrol.com, the world’s largest independent Black music Website.Kevin is the Pittsburgh Area Coordinator and a regular contributor to this site as well. He is also a freelance writer for the New Pittsburgh Courier, one of the oldest Black newspapers in the country.
