About Rich Murray

A guitarist for over 20 years, Rich Murray covers the jazz-rock and fusion/progressive-instrumental guitar scene on his website The Guitar Channel. Online since 2004, The Guitar Channel features Rich's CD, DVD, and concert reviews, original and transcribed guitar licks, plus news and information from the world of progressive guitar geekdom.

A former guitar instructor, Rich attended the Bloom School Of Jazz in Chicago in 1991, and graduated from GIT in Hollywood in 1993. He resides in Illinois with his wife and 2 sons.
